Another beautiful post, and if it was a golf club, it must've been a pretty unusual "accident" eh?

There are plenty of herbs that are widely used for making herbal tea that keeps your skin healthier. Drinking regular herbal tea is very best for the skin care. I choose my own herbal tea from your-cup-of-tea.com, it might be helpful to you.

That is a great method, but I find the effect of the tea is weaker than when you apply the herb directly to your skin. In some cases, it may need to be diluted otherwise it will be too harsh for the skin. :)

Hops is another herb that is good for the skin and hair as well. If you are having an outbreak of blemishes make a poultice with crushed hops and water. Apply to the affected areas and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Rise and repeat daily. Hops is a main ingredient in beer. This is why it has been used as a hair wash for many years. It will help to remove the impurities that get built up on the hair shafts. There are also skin and hair products that you can buy that were made with hops.

Cheers
