Thunor, you realise how easy it is to make it look like you are moving and manipulating the elements on a youtube video? Its a load of crap.
As OracleWitch said, if somebody could manipulate any of the elements, it would be all over the news by now, dont you think? And as you claim quite a few people can do it, it would definitely be all over the news.
I don't know what you guys are thinking when people say they can manipulate elements this ain't the last air bender it's very limited and takes years before you can do anything substantial.
But agree to disagree indeed I have direct proof do you? If not stop telling people it's impossible because it's not fair.... maybe you cant do it but it's possible and you would quickly find that out with an open mind and a bit of practice.
As for the news do you have anything to do with the occult on it???? I've never seen it. Besides the news lies a lot it comes with totalitarian governments....

Sorry, but in the case of "manipulation" of the elements, it is not "manipulation" as in "total control"; rather, it is "manipulation" in the sense that a potter "manipulates" clay. It is actually a persuasion and connection with. I am surprised that this meaning is not understood to be used.
Seeing as how I made clay pots before, that is the worse analogy I have ever heard. I don't think the clay ever had any control over what it was molding into. >.> If anything, you are the clay, and the elements are the potter. No..."persuade" is getting it to do what you want because it chooses too. Control is forcing it to do it. A potter must work with the clay to get it to mold...he cannot just force it into a pot instantly!

I dont really think the elements want to be ''persuaded'', do you? ;). How would you like to be messed about with, manipulated, etc? Persuade or not, it is still technically a form of control. As in the end, they are still doing what you want them to do.

Yes, that man can move and direct his chi towards parts of the body, heating whatever he touches up. I suppose it is a form of pyrokinesis, and yes it is real. But the pyrokinesis I am talking about is what a lot of people claim to do. By this I mean make fire appear out of their hands, being able to make a fireball, being able to make a nearby fire shoot up, etc. You catch my drift. I'm talking with actual fire, not hot chi. Same goes with all the other elements. I'm sick of hearing 'I can make a water-ball! I can make lightning! I can cause a mini earthquake!'.
