hi can anyone help

hi everyone can anyone help ive seen the house of my dreams a lovely farm house in an acre of land its cheap for what it is and i really want to go ahead problem is i cant til july and i know a house like that will fly out the window is there a spell i can do so it doesnt .ive moved around quite a bit with my 2 children cause never felt settled anywhere always felt something was missin this house found me as wasnt an area i was meant to be looking in its everything i want for them calm serene big trees etc is there anything i can do spell wise to hold it til july many thanks kelly )
