There are many ways to get rid of bad dreams.
-Trying looking up stones that you could sleep with under your pillow or by having them set on any surfure on or near your bed.
-The already mentioned dream catcher.
-Lighting a white candle before bed.(Don't fall asleep with it burning though).
-Cleansing yourself before bed.
-A simple prayer to your guardians.
-and more.
I sleep with a moonstone under my pillow, I've found it easier to remember dreams and they have been coming in clearer as well.

Hope you begin having pleasent dreams.

I think it would be easier for you to find a reputable source and simply buy one for now. Crafting a quality dream catcher can be a hard task at times and if you want guaranteed relief from these bad dreams purchasing one would probably be your best option. Shop around and ask for advice, look for a good seller and hopefully get the right catcher for you.

You can also make a dream pillow. It is like a mojo bag but in pillow form.

Unsure if your bad dreams have been reoccurring. But if it has, having reoccurring dreams can be frustrating. Reoccurring dreams are somewhat hidden messages. The reason why we keep having same dream over and over because there might be some importance to the meaning of this dream. And when this dream becomes a nightmare, that’s when we pay attention to it more. Usually recurring dreams are due to our present life situation. It could be because we are having problem coping with something traumatic that has happened in our life in the past or the present. It could also be because we are fearful of something or we are weak. Until we resolved the conflict in our life, these dreams will keep recurring. Nightmares are somewhat the same as having recurring dreams. It pertains to our current situation or past. Our fears that we have continued to ignore play a part in our nightmares. Our unexpressed and repressed emotions which are being brought back to our attention again. Also, nightmares can be caused by unresolved psychological conflicts or traumatic events and depression. Regardless of what causes the nightmare, we eventually have to deal with it in order for it to go away. The best to deal with reoccurring dreams and nightmares are to understand them. Find the cause of dream because sometimes there could be other reasons why you are having them. Reliving the dream when you are awake and write down the details of what you remember. With a little conscious effort, the reoccurring dreams and nightmares could be change. Final note, our reoccurring dreams and nightmares could be a reflection of our subconscious thoughts causing a rainbow of emotions meaning, it’s all in the mind. We just have to remember that the mind is very powerful.

As a kid, I used to get nightmares. Really bad ones. My grandma told my mother to wash an iron key with salt water and put it under my pillow. The nightmares stopped. Dont know how but they did.

As a grown up, I still tend to get nightmares sometimes. Last month I had nightmares for three consecutive nights, and for the life of me, i cant remember what they were about. But on the fourth night I used the iron key for just one night and havent had a nightmare ever since.
