I guess I'm looking at it as how many actually choose to go head to head with evil purposely? I'm not trying to be noble as this is very personal. My sister had cancer for 7 years before she died last December. She was cancer free twice but it kept coming back. I want for the evil that did that to pay. My church can't help me with this fight. I have been told there are very strong spells wiccans use in these matters. I'm just asking for some ammunition so I have a fighting chance.

Look Randy, I am sorry about your sister. However, I don't believe disease is caused by evil. Disease has been around since life began on this earth. If you to fight a particuler type of disease, become a medical doctor and do so. As I said in my last post, I don't believe in Satan, and even though there is indeed evil in this world ,I don't believe any one entity is organizing it. Wicca is a religion that teaches to take responsibility for ones life, yes Wicca has powerful Spells just like other religions have powerful prayers. I think I understand your motivation to take on evil, but I think you misunderstand what evil is, and what one can do to combat it. Evil to me is discrimination, evil is poverty, hunger, hatred, greed, and I could go on and on. Fight evil by helping people, by helping society overcome it's many problems. Then sir, you are doing what is needed to take on evil head on.

1- Hell, Satan and all things of that nature are just fairy tales. These thing were just made up by churches to scare people into behaving well and believing in god. Christians would convert people by telling them they would go to hell if they didn't believe in god.

Ah, Lucifer,Lucifer! The fallen angel! A Christian, or rather Catholic, story. Santa Claus is alive and well, if you believe this rubbish.

You are asking to be given a chance to defeat what many people consider the "ultimate evil". I won't go into the existence of Satan or hell as in all honesty, I don't think that's the real issue here.
I'm sorry for the loss of your sister. She was not chosen or picked out by some being to struggle with cancer and pass away before her loved ones were ready for it. That's not evil, it's a horrible tragedy that happens to people with no real rhyme or reason to satisfy the survivors questions of "Why them".

I imagine it hurts and you want to put blame somewhere. Even be the "hero" so no one else goes through what you are, but this is not the way to go about it.
You are in a position to help others face and deal with similar situations, but you need to heal yourself first. I'd suggest finding a support group of people who have lost loved ones to cancer or even a one on one councilor. When you've healed, the best way to beat this "evil" would be to help others cope with the loss of a loved one.

I don't mean to be preachy or to play psychologist - but you will never find Satan, and you, unfortunately, won't be able to stop another person from getting cancer. You can, however, choose to help people who are going through similar situations, and choose to help yourself.

I love Santa! I have believed in Santa all my life though the belief about him has changed.

Satan is an angel that was gods favorite and he did not want to raise human above angels. He is a story just like all theology is and if you allow him power over you then he will become real.

Santa has power over me cause even when my kids don't behave like little angels I still allow him to spoil them ;)

i think satan refers to the ego although i don't doubt that a negative polarity being exist but anyway mr christian boy you have no idea what you are doing or what you are looking for, you will just call up some demon you think is "satan" and get yourself killed. Truth is hell doesn't exist like you been thought to beleieve you are better off doing some soul searching and finding out some answers to deep questions not chasing after metaphoric figures

Along the whole lines of "Only a pure being can defeat evil"...Well, you earlier said you hated satan and hatred is an impure emotion/thought. Fighiting a demon or evil entity with hatred would be like trying to fight a fire with gas soaked logs. The bible says that god loves all his chidren and if that is true then he surely grieves for the loss of Lucifer. I don't think that god hates satan, but simply...wishes that he wasn't. I don't think God punishes sinners with hatred in his heart, but instead with sorrow. If one wants to really "defeat" Satan then that one would have to do it with love, grief of his obligated actions and pity. And ofcourse would have to be pure in all other manners also. Which a human cannot be. Sorry.

First of all nobody can summon Satan! If somehow it happens you cannot defeat at all because you have to be very pure, that nobody is in todays world?? The only man who ever defeated Satan was Prophet Mohammad(pbuh)...So brother leave it.
