no hypnosis is the worst, because u are not conscious, we all seen the videos of people in hypnotism screaming, twisting in pain and agony. Real exorcism involves u being conscious, discovering who, how and why is it in u, and letting go of it. No pain, no fear, no screaming.
What a lot of people are saying here is that it's some demon, or something that isn't supposed to be there, that isn't the case. In my particular case, I have 3 other spirits that I have to help, because they've messed up in their previous lives to a point they need guidance. People like me are known as Physical Spiritual Guides. We literally help guide the spirits so that they can learn new ways to approach a situation and to aid them in correcting past mistakes. I've found that many people who are borderline like myself, this is the case.
As Sue has mentioned, meditation is a good way of communicating with your other half. You can also look in a mirror and speak their name to call them forward and you can talk to them that way as well. The more you learn about the other entity within, the easier it is to come to a level understanding and it makes it easier to work together.
I'm not sure why the call for an exorcism. There are many reasons as to why a person would feel or know there are two beings in one body. That doesn't mean there is a need to get it out.
I would take the advice of Silver and Sue as well. "Another side of you" doesn't mean demon/evil spirit/any other cliche. It could very well be your higher self trying to get in touch with you, in which case trying to cast it out would be a sad thing.
in your body should be u and only u, you chose this body, and only you have the right to be in it.
Exorcism is not only for demons or evil creatures, but if u want to let someone live with u in your body your choice, good luck have fun, otherwise go to a proper exorcist.
Ok, I'm going to say this once...anyone that ignores it and says something that goes against, I will yell at. She (Crimson as I named her) isn't a demon or anything like that. She is what produced from....well from a bad past. I guess I made another person with in myself, one that would be able to withstand what I originally couldn't. So I don't want her out of my life or anything, she's not bad. She just took the majority of the pain and I think that's made her cruel, callus, and mean. All I really want to know is if I can fuse with her or something like that. I have mostly what I want to know, but any other additional information is nice. Thanks for reading ^ ^
Ummmm...I really don't want to talk about it. But it wasn't good, lest just say that I could easily compare it to a girl dying from the abuse of her father/mother.
