consecrated/blessed items

hello. im new and i was wondering. i know it possible to bless a pen and a book but could you also do other things like inscribing a lighter with runes and then consecrating it to use in certain rituals? also forgive me if this sounds lame or cheesy but is it possible to make a blessed/consecrated crystal ball for scrying/divination/hexing purposes?

That's because you take one that is close and modify it to your needs. It's better to right your own rituals an spells, than it is to use prewritten spells or rituals by another person.
