But, it's not just SC's fault, many people are posting gibberish, doesn't take much to get to a council position.
Like sagesk said... Most Spell casters Coven is a fraud. They tak einformation from other coven and sites and even Telvelision shows. So It is best to do your own spell with your own WORDS!
Minions are a Hollywood invention. Although a witch might have a student they are not minions. I'm sure there are no spells nor it will work for someone to be your minion or helper by choice.
oh yes you can create your minion.. if you know how to make an egregore/servitor/thought form well most probably yes.. it do depends on your energy if you can create many..
you can also make your minion by hypnotizing others or bind them to you.. there are binding spells (just like in summoning rituals) that could make an entity bound to your will but again and make it your familiar, it do depends on your energy..

a minion can also be mad by your own soul ascents as well. but it takes a long time to learn how to access your soul ascents. so it would be more logical to form one from the energy that is around you as the other people stated on this thread.
ps: not all the spell in spell casters spell book are fluffies. for there are those of use that post spell form Occult books we read.
