A blogger, a Scottish Novelist from the 17-1800's and a fictonal character in a book called Atlas Shrugged. And apparently a solutions company for companies.

Was this post meant to inspire reading up on one of these options?

no, it was meant to help me find anyone who was informed enough to have read the great literary works of Ayn Rand, and who had hopefully read atlas shrugged. but thank you for your best effort possible.

You may have gotten a better outcome by making the subject "Atlas Shrugged" then asking if anyone knows anything about John Galt.

No. I have heard of it, but I don't even know what it's about. Except some guy named John Galt. I was just giving some advice for if ever you try to find such information again. The subject of this thread with the question in the first post is very vague.

I've read all of Ayn Rand's books; although it was many years ago that I did so. I really enjoyed them then.

I prefer to look into real mysteries rather then written ones. I understand the fun in a little story now and then, I do enjoy many books, but for some reason mystery books don't do the same for me as they seem to for others. Or did you mean that in response to my criticism about vagueness?
