Hydrokinesis&Pyrokinesis

Hey Im naara. I've been looking up ways to develop both my hydrokinesis and pyrokinesis at home. Any suggestions?

For hydrokinesis, try take a bowl of water and a toothpick.
Focus on moving the water to move the toothpick.

I hadn't thought of putting a toothpick in the water for that. It would make it easier to tell if you're succeeding or not. A feather could probably work as well.
