1. You can't control chakra, it's not like naruto. You can control energy though, and you can speed up the rate that your chakras pump out the energy.
2. Your spell is more like a Focusing/Confidence chant. Like how someone goes "I can do this, I can do this"

I.. don't watch naruto.. I watch Bleach though.
I only know about naruto from games. And as far as I see it, Bleach's "Kid" spells, especially the one called "Shakkah", except psi balls aren't THAT strong to blow up stuff. For the record, Bleach doesn't have chakras in it. Naruto, all I know about it is some society of ninja training academy with gates of chakras and you pull chakras.. apparently there are 5 chakras in naruto that have elements of life in them..

I know what I speak of. You spoke of chakras as if it were energy. They are energy points.
For your spell, it is a chant of confidence and focus, for your 'spell' has no asking for assistance from higher beings.
You seem to not understand what the point of a spell is. Why chant crap when you can do it without chanting crap?

I read that sometimes taking a break helps, it lets your mind focus on what you've done, and letting it sink in. Then when you try again(after resting for a while, like a few days at least, probably a week at shortest though), then it is easier for you to do it. I read it about telekinesis, but ti might work with pyrokinesis.

I did not see any place he said you can control your Chakra. Simply to look for Chakra Meditation. Big Difference

I think that's what he was referring to, Sue. And I believe he is right. I'm researching Chakra now and have yet to see anything even suggesting that Chakra itself can be controlled or, more specifically, manipulated. I kind of view it as our "muscle of magick/spirituality" right now, in which case we can control it to some degree although not as shown in Anime and the main thing we want to focus on is making it stronger.
But that's just a theory of mine right now. More info will come as more research is done.

I meant to say Bleach's Kido Spells and Shakkaho.

maybe he meant by controlling his chakras ,like
to be able to use the chakras energy anytime he wants to use it ? or not
