Indeed, nobody(with the exception of actors and medieval fans who go to those medieval events) wears armor from so many centuries ago anymore, but it is a fun project to work on and an interesting experience to make your own armor.

i wasnt going to make it look like something from centuries ago but something new, besides if you dont want to help do not post things like saying its lame , it gets in the way of gathering information from this while doing research on other things and this with the limited time i have for this T.T besides i have my plans so stop getting in the way of it

I'm sure it'd be an awesome design. I couldn't imagine making armor, I can barely sew a shirt.

That would be cool looking armor, but for that I don't think plates would work so well. Having Crystal Scales would be interesting though. By that I meant Crystal Scale armor, not actual scales to replace your skin. That would be a bit more odd.

lol. hey. i got an idea. why dont you make crystal surgery. instead of replacing skin with plastic, you replace it with crystal. but the problem with having crystal skin is that you cant move.

You could if you set it up right, but you would definitely be limited. Personally, I like my skin. I'd rather not have it replaced with anything.

Not really. Just makes me more comfortable. I don't think skin of any kind can make someone normal, and I believe any individual being normal in the real world is impossible. Since we are all different/unique and normal means something along the lines of either "like everyone else" or "as it should be" I don't think Humans can be normal. We can have normal health, normal strength, normal intelligence/wisdom, assuming that 'normal' is actually meaning 'average', but otherwise normality within humanity I believe is a concept used by immature bullies to give the 'misfits' a hard time. Just thought I'd say. :)
