Animals are a part of nature, and everything you mentioned about the sun moon, I've tried that. But this universe thing sounds interesting.. How exactly do I pull energy from the universe?

Speaking from an acupunturist point of view, your body *should* draw in all the energy that it needs to thrive from the environment with relative ease. Because this is not working for you, it leads me to believe there is some sort of imbalance. I'm curious as to your symptoms when you feel energetically depleated.

I know that for some people using other people's energy is a conscious choice and a preference. But if it's not working for you - as appears to be the case from your post - then i'd work on a substitute, work on uncovering and solving the underlying problem.

This will probably offend the energy vampires, but in my clinical experience, when a patient comes in who feeds off the energy of others regularly and dependantly, it's *usually* because they have poor boundaries (energetic and psychological), are sadistic to some degree, have rampant and unmanaged hyperactivity issues, something similar, are unhealthy physically, or are suffering from some majorly disruptive and maladaptive energetic patterns.

I'd start on a series of acupuncture treatments with a good acupuncturist who also will instruct you in qigong.

Have you had your thyroid levels checked? Do you eat a lot of refined sugar, refined grains, red meat, and dairy?

Kundalini yoga is very intense. I'm as solid as a rock, but some of my expereinces in that art shook me through and through. I much prefer qigong and it has helped me immensely.

Yes, I have a proper diet. Food just doesn't seem to work for me. I mean I can go through a whole day without food and enever get tired as long as I had an energy source to pull from.

I get drowsy, tired, and weak when I don't pull. But when I do, I become concentrated, strong, faster than before, it actually interests me that pulling energy would affect my physical self.. Never would've expected it.

This started happening when I continiously pulled energy and never pushing it back out.

And can acupunture really fix a spiritual problem?

Acupuncture works on re-patterning energy circuits in the body and in the field. It's good for a lot of things.

As far as helping spiritually, it depends on how you define your boundary between physical matters and spiritual matters.

What you've described sounds physical to me. Remember, though, all physical symptoms and activity first starts out as energetic activity. Your energy moves first, then your body.

For some reason either your body isn't taking in enough environmental energy, it's not being stored or used properly, or this is a psychological misperception on your part. If it's one of the first two, then i think acupunture might be worth a try. It can't hurt!

In re my earlier quote: "I'm as solid as a rock," that sounded totally egotistial - not my intention. I meant that i'm not particularly susceptible to having energy "meltdowns," something i've experienced and witnessed in my time studying kundalini yoga. I didn't mean that i was some sort of yoga adept. Anyhoo...

With the psychological issue, if this was really a psychological issue, then I must be really crazy. Because everything changed when I pull energy, it's as if my chakra points just light up. I can see aura's more clearer I can widen my aura etc. And I know the feeling of energy(I use my dominant hand to pull, and it makes it feel like my blood just turned into electricity), theres no way my mentality can create such a feel.. Or could it?

But yeah.. Err.. I'll think about this acupunture thing. I've never actually gone in for a session before. I'll check it out, but wont guarantee you that I'll give it a go.

No, i don't think it's likely that you're imagining these physical sensations.

When i mentioned psychology, sometimes our brain invents dependencies that aren't really there or invents injuries or deficiencies that aren't really there. I'm not saying this is the case with you. i'm not a psychologist and i don't know you personally.

I just know that the energetic body *should* be self-renewing, all-sufficient, and provide the physcial body with all the nourishment it needs. This is an ideal, a picture of health. Many people have energetic disruptions and deficiencies. This can be almost impossible to correct when a person has no sense of their own personal energy. You have an advantage here. Good luck and keep me posted (if you wish!).

A couple things.
1. Why would you do Reiki Kundi if your gonna take energy from people to do it?
2. People are terribly weak energy sources. Use planets.
3. You cannot get addicted to psi.
4. If you are trying get a little extra boost when manipulating energy, try drinking some coffee. Caffine does help when using energy manipulation, reiki, etc...Trust me. Also, music helps BIG TIME!! ^^ :)

Don't use numbers with me.

Do you even know what you're talking about?
Kundalini excercises is when you open your chakra gates, not when you use someone elses energy.. Wtf..?

Use planets? *facepalm* Im not going to go there.. Humans are not the weakest energy sources.

It's possible to get addicted to PSI, it's possible to get addicted to anything.

If you actually read the thread you would know that any food substances don't really make a change. i.e. caffein.
