Magick is the control of situations or events by the use of energy.
There are actually quite a few discriptions of what magick is, but in the end..it's energy. Your energy, the energy of the earth, the sky, tools and everything else.
There are those who are of the belief that magick has a color. I personally ( along with many others ) believe it has no color at all. I believe that all magick is neutral, but it is the intent of the user that creates the color ( if you wish to see color at all ).
Now, sometimes, it's just easier for the human mind to see a lable and color to things. For that reason, I will describe some forms of magick and colored magick.
Now this, is completely up for discussion. We all see things differently. =)
Imaginative Magick- This would be like painting, sculpting, drawing, ect. The idea behind it is to draw symbols or descriptive pictures with the theory that if you can see it, you can have it happen. It would be more like an aid in spell casting.
Contagious Magick- using personal objects to aid in spell casting such as a picture, hair, nails, clothing, ect.
Image Magick- using dolls, sculptures or any other object of likeness of a person for spells. This can be used for healing, voodoo, ect.
Those types of magick above are what I would consider "aids" to spell casting. On to the fun stuff ;)
White Magick- Is what could be considered "good" magick. It's done to help others with their permission to help them or even heal them.
Grey Magick- A more typical form of magick. It would be used for personal reasons. It remains grey so long as no one is harmed, and permission is used by all those involved.
Black Magick- This is what is considered " bad" or "evil". Anything that involved harms, the breaking of someones will or permission can be considered black magick. It's mostly seen for curses and hex's.
Red Magick- This is love magick. There are varying degrees of love magick from a simple come to me spell to a break up a couple spell to attract a lover spells. The end result is to create feelings of love or lust in people or in general to bring love to you.
Green Magick- Typically magick used for money or luck.
Those are all the colors I am AWARE of. On to the next set!
Nature Spirit Magick - Working with the spirits of nature. It is believed that every natural thing on earth has a spirit or soul attached to it, thus you can communicate with and ask for aid while performing spells.
Candle Magick- The use of candles in ritual or spell casting. This is probably the easiest and most used form of magick.
Color Magick- The use of colors as representation in magick. This is more of an aid. Using the proper color string or candle, ect.
Elemtental Magick- The use of and control of the elements.
Weather Magick- Learning to control the weather for your own ...reasons basically ( I personally think it relates to elemental magick, but others disagree lol ).
Herb Magick- the use of herbs for healing and spell casting enhancement.
Necromancy- Working with the spirits of the dead such as summoning them and controling them.
Angel Magick- working with angels, meeting your guardian angel, ect.
Chaos Magick- Honestly, its simple and complex. It is the ability to alter your surroundings and perceptions on reality.
Healing Magick- The use of magick to heal others or yourself.

Everything written is up for discussion...and as you can tell as I went on with the list, I got a bit tired, so the descriptions got a little less........detailed lol
