Am I psychic?

Hey everyone! I'm just gonna get straight to the point, my names Yasmine I'm 16 years old and I'm no stranger to strange dreams that usually happen in real life or somewhat similar not to mention that I can sense danger and although I'm not always right relatively bad things usually happen when I get that feeling. Like maybe someone gets lost or forgets his wallet or gets his car scratched if you know what I mean. Anyways, I'd like to know If this is normal or if I have any special abilities and if I do, how can I improve them and practice them. Ok thanks! Bye

It sounds like you have blossoming abilities. Try meditating, yoga, limiting salt in your diet and increasing fruits, vegetables and limit meat and preservatives. These things should all unlock your abilities further. Also look online, there are lots of psychic ability strengthening exercises.
Also make sure you keep a dream journal and keep track of your visions.

Good luck :)

I agree. These abilities aren't weird, they are a part of who you are and we all have them. You simply have a natural talent that has caused this to manifest without practice. Any one of us can learn to be a psychic, you just have an aptitude for it.

These occurrences would not necessarily mean you are a psychic. Good and bad things happen constantly around you, negative gut feelings might just be making you more aware of it. "Des Ja Vous" is very common which may be what you're experiencing with your dreams. I wouldn't go so far as to say you're not psychic but I certainly wouldn't in the same respect say these happenings mean you are or have budding psychic abilities.

This by no means should tell you not to pursue psychic abilities and it wouldn't hurt to try.

It's just your intuition just letting you know you are aware.

You have a strong and well developed intuition to sense danger and if your dreams come true then you can see the future. (it is more unusual than intuition) If you're only 16 there is a chance you can develop more abilities. To improve and strengthen your ability, you have to use and accept your abilities. Meditation is for channeling, if you think there is a "spirit" helping you then try it. Otherwise I don't recommend it because you don't know what to look for unless you are inspired.

Good Luck!

That happens to me too Yasmine. I think it is given to x amount of people to prevent theft assault and deaths. What I do to keep MY mind in shape(this my not work cor you) sit in a room with people ,like a classroom, and focus it on the movements and thoughts of the people.

Everyone has some sort of psyche to them. Some more than others. But, when you are more aware of what is going on, you can control it and practice it. The more you practice with your psyche the stronger it gets. Everything from your subconscious mind picking up the details you aren't aware of and showing it in your dreams to intuition or that gut feeling is all part of your psyche. Find ways to exercise that mind and you'll see your talent blossom into something more.

I know how you feel, Yasmine; I have strange dreams all the time, and I learn from them (ex. spells). I believe you have a very pronounced ability for seeing the future through dreams. That happens to me sometimes, though only if something bad's about to happen, or if someone I care for is/will be in trouble...
