I need a spell that....

will make my hair grow faster and longer?

Don't think a spell can do that, my sister had chinease shampoo that increases hair growth.

Go infront of a mirror every night, once a night and chant three times "I pray gods of beauty, make my hair lengthen." look up some herbs that make hair grow (and are edible) sacrifice some to a beauty god of your choosing, and chew on it too.

add some energy to your scalp. healthy scalp increases the growth of your hair. and, your hair is made of protein, so consume more protein. and dont towel dry your hair, let it air dry. and heat will ruin your hair. give it a olive oil treatment sometime.

try to put some "growing" energy In a bowl of water, and later wash your hair with the water. I tried once, but I think my energy was too weak. With practice I hope It will work.

Another good thing to do is to massage the scalp, every day. In this way you stimulate the hair follicles.
