Kimmypot, the original poster is referring to forming a physical, local coven rather than an online one here.

There are sites such as Witchvox that can point you to existing physical covens, but another idea is to scour around social sites like Facebook for local groups. You can even make a public page advertising for one and suggest it to local people.
