how do you know how much magick you have or how you make your magick stronger

you don't have a certain amount of magic its all around you all the time

you personally dont have any level of magick, it is everywhere around you, in the trees, in the wind in the flower that blooms. as witches we can harness and manipulate it using spells and rituals.
