Hello I'm new here and would like to know why there are so many inactive coven leaders

Because there are lots of "Power-hungry" people.They just take these positions to convince themselves that they're "powerful, in order to satisfy in this way their Ego. After they take the position, they stay there doing absolutely nothing to help their coven out.Plus,I firmly believe that not everybody can make a Good Leader.

Is very true, and some leaders have simply lost interest and left. Sad yeah but there are still plenty of active leaders that run their covens the best they can.
