Lucid dreaming.

Hello again everyone. I know I haven't been active here for a while now. I've been really busy in high school so yeah. Now the reason your reading this is because I'm trying to lucid dream. That being said I know how to start a lucid dream but I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly or not. I've heard that you have to "sleep with your mind awake" or something like that but I don't know if that's the easiest method or not. But my questions is if that's the way you correctly do it? I'm not concerned on controlling my lucid dreams at the moment.

Everyone is different in their techniques of lucid dreaming. A common technique is to do a reality check. What looks out of place to you? Count your fingers or toes to see if you have all 5 of them on each. Starting a dream journal, breathing meditation,or you can even download a mobile lucid dreaming app on your device!

Here's a source with many techniques that you can try. Good luck!
