You don't become a Witch by casting a spell. You become a Witch by doing the work and study it takes to learn witchcraft and then by practicing witchcraft. This doesn't happen in an instant, it takes years to do. If you wish to become a Witch then begin by studying about witchcraft and talking to some of the members, such as Brysing, who have been doing this for decades.
