No, you cannot create fire with magic or spells.

You can learn how to start a fire by rubbing sticks together or by using flint and tinder. Those are basic survival skills that mankind has known about for thousands of years.

The only way to crate a fire with magic would take years or a lifetime of meditation and research. Even then it may not work so your best sticking to the natural way just like Lark said because it's much more quicker and efficient.

I heard of a spiritual fire.It probably can happen on the astral plane.
