Well the short answer is no.
The longer answer is its complicated. Some people will swear that they've done it. Some will swear that they know someone who can do it. There are even some pretty in depth instructions on how to learn and strengthen this ability, and I believe I saw those instructions on this site a while back. However, I myself haven't been able to use any form of telekinesis, I haven't actually seen anyone really use telekinesis, and I don't know anyone who even claims to have telekinetic abilities.

Telekinesis is the ability to move inanimate objects by pure Willpower. It is absolutely, indisputably, definitely impossible!
Anybody who tells you that they can do it is lying, or in need of mental treatment.

Atlas, 769 BCE, Rome

I wise man once told me a very important saying...

"Those who do not believe in the goal, will never know the true extent of the goal. It could be possible, It could not be. Someone must be truly devoted to finding the answer they seek. It might not be what they expected, or what they really wanted, but an answer nevertheless." -Atlas (The Finder)

It's things like this that tell me either I should look into something or not. Is it worth it? Are there any dangers? You must truly want to find the answer, only then will it reveal itself, but it may not be the answers you seek.

Not at all! Stu says if you do not believe in the goal! The aim! The ambition! The quotation states " it may be possible, or not".
You will not achieve your goal, or ambition, unless you believe that you can achieve it. But that is much different from believing that the impossible is possible. If your "goal" is to grow wings and fly, you may believe it for all of your life; but it will never happen. Because it is impossible!
