Summon a pokemon

I really want a spell to Summon a pokemon. I tried making my own spell, but I do not have enough control over my chi to power the spell enough. Could someone create a spell for me, and have it not requiring chi as it's main power source?

I don't want anyone saying that it's impossible or dumb.

that's impossible unless you made a servour (not sure on spelling) to look like a pokemon
