"Energy Burst"

I call it an "Energy Burst"
think about a yellow energy floating in the room,doing this while you have the candles lit, in a dark room, will intensify the results, breath deep with every breath and let it out softly, envision the yellow energy being pulled in to your stomach, also with every breath

enter a meditative state, find the calmness within you mind, become aware, alert, notice how your sensations work around you, feel your feet on the ground and have your energy run from the head to tail bone, through you, from the universe,

still gathering energy,

clap your hands palm to palm, in front of your face (mind your nose lol) while thinking "Expand!!!"

This sends an outward concussive "force" which wards of bad energies, and it expands your heart chakra while filling it with green light.
