how to gather energie

i dont know how to gather energie to use in my spells pleasee help

I have a useful way in which you can gather energy for your spells. First, turn off all the lights in your bedroom, leaving only a single white candle flickering. You then stand with your feet shoulder width apart, breathing softly and closing your eyes. Imagine your legs as tree roots reaching deep down into the earth, until your roots reach the molten and beating crystaline heart of the earth. Imagine the warm and energy reaching up through the roots and into your body, slowly energising you. After you feel that you have gathered enough energy for the spell, thank the earth for aiding you. This method requires alot of focus and visualization, so if you aren't good at visualization, I would suggest practicing at least once or twice a day, but make sure you don't push your self. :)

I have a much easyer way, no mather where you are there is residual energy in the air (I have no clue from what) and its mor than enough for any spellwork, and realy easy to tap, just focuse on taping it
