Hi, i have always known that i have been able to do things. Although, lately I've been having a difficult time controlling my power. Like when Im extremely upset, i make things happen when i dont mean too. But when i try to focus to do something nothing ever happens. I dont know what to do and i would like some advice before something else goes wrong.

Try meditating more often and reduce your levels of stress. If you been binging on the junk food slow down on that. Eat something healthy, get some sleep, relax, and try a little exercise. These things happen sometimes.

Think about when you 'have' done the things you do. Were you concentrating ? Were you 'relaxed' ? Were you in any way 'stressed' ? IF you did these things while you were in a 'calm' state then there's you catalyst ! If you 'force' it, it will NOT comply...

Try meditating with some calming incense and try listening to this.

I agree with Merlin, you're under stress, be it mental, emotional, or physical and its time to slow down, ground and center, and get ahold of yourself. If being upset is the only time you can focus enough to cast and can't control your thoughts, then its time for some serious R&R. The mind is a magickal practioners greatest tool, it is the only tool we truly ever need. And if its not working properly, then nothing will.
