Attracting A Lover...?

Quick question: Furthermore, I know using love spells to attract a certain person to you goes against free will and is considered to be forced love. I am very strict on love spells in general, but if you create a love spell to help you find someone with certain qualities you admire, is that in any way manipulation of free will?

Help would be appreciated!

I am certainly no expert in minefield of love and can only speak from personal experience.

Over 20 years ago I was single and felt in the need of a soul mate - having tried all the usual avenues but to no avail it was suggested I tried using the power of rose quartz - I read up on it and carried and cared for a piece of it for 3 months - I then met my partner of now 20 years ... they are not the type of person I used to have mind that I would be with but we have grown together and have become true soul mates.

I still have the piece of rose quartz and one day will return it to the earth from where it came.

I do believe we are given what we need and not what we want ...

I have just read your profile after responding to your post .... you open and close your profile the same as I did my response to you (no great shakes given the nature of this site) but then at the start of your writing you mention pebbles ...... rose quartz - please do consider giving it a try.

I just now joined this forum. :)

I tried a spell from this website a few weeks ago and it worked great (got rid of an office bully who was conspiring to make me lose my job - he ended up quitting his job suddenly instead, such a big relief!).

Anyway, I'm having romantic difficulties, as with anyone seeking a love spell. Before I go on I will just say here that I'm not in a relationship, nor am I interested in a specific person at this time.

Basically, the problem is that I had my horary astrology and birth charts done recently, and the future does NOT bode well for my love life!

I am not interested in attracting a specific person, just the right person - a soulmate, for a stable, lifelong relationship.

The summary of my reading was:

2-3 committed relationships/marriages, Multiple romantic partners, but indications of troubles and difficulties in relationships, indications of separation and divorce. Troubles finding appropriate partners,stress and anxiety in relationships, some partners devious, untrustworthy, enthusiastic, energetic, passionate, but bad judgment. Other partners appear calm on surface, have serious anger problems. Lots of bad luck in relationships, but also attracted to partners to who are unable to commit or have bad qualities.


The astrologer did say that at least my Venus was well dignified, and he suggested I carry a Venus talisman (the ones he directed me to were rather expensive, so I'm wondering if a spell would work as well).

Is there a spell I can do to obviate a bad astrological natal chart?

I'm still a little confused. Isn't casting a spell like what I mentioned still taking over the free will of whoever would become attracted to you?

No, I'm not taking over the will of another person. I'm asking the Universe to send someone who already possesses the qualities and desire to be my soulmate - not to convert a non-soulmate into a soulmate. It could be someone I haven't met yet. I'm asking the Universe to arrange the meeting with my soulmate, not to convert another person into my soulmate. See the difference?

I too wore rose quartz when I met my husband (now a 9 year relationship and a 7 year marriage). I charged the quartz to attract the good in people and good friendship, not true love, but it ended up attracting the best person I've ever had in my life--my best friend, a wonderful father, and what I do believe to be my soul mate. I was a cynic about love and wanted nothing to do with it, but I feel it opened both my heart and my husband's and gave way to an amazing relationship.

Yes! I would definitely recommend rose quartz. My first gift to him was a rose quartz heart as well, one I had since I was five years old, and he cherishes it to this day.

You are safe. there is no harm in asking the universe to help a person with traits you desire to find you or become aware of you. Just as long as while you perform your ritual/spell/prayer ect. that you do not visualize a person, this is important if you believe in the 3 fold law/karma ect. then that could contribute towards manipulation of free will. you may visualize the traits individually if that helps but avoid a person you know of* who has these traits :) good luck on your path

What You described is essentialy a drawing spell, to draw a desired mate , so should be fine, being that is not target specific, and mostly affects You, that is Your own magnetism and appearance etc. A nice example of such love spell, let's say "ethically tolerable" would be something along these lines :

" Conjuring a mate spell

This is most preferably done at Valentine’s day, though it should work equally well just after midnight, some Friday, when the Moon if full, or at least is waxing.
You shall need:

• 9 red or orange candles dressed with Attraction or Lodestone oil
• A fireproof dish
• A piece of parchment paper
• Cologne of Your choice
• Cinnamon
• Rose petals
• Brown sugar
• Blood’s dove ink

Set candles so to form a circle, inside which( centre ) the fireproof dish will be placed. Inside the dish pour some Cologne, dry Rose petals, few pinches of Cinnamon and few pinches of brown sugar. Stir clockwise visualizing Your desired partner, both in physical appearance and other. Dip the Parchment paper in it and let it air dry. Now cut it out in shape of human, making it a paper puppet in a way. Write on it, using Dove’s blood, all the qualities You wish Your partner to have. Kiss the poppet and say:

“I conjure thee, I conjure thee, fare or near come to me,
Hear me call and meet now, follow the call You’ll know how
Fire and love bring him/her close,
But may it be according to their ( his/her ) choice
I conjure thee, I conjure thee, come here and stay with me,
And as I wish, so mote it be !"

Kiss the poppet once again, then set it alight on some of the candles and throw into the dish saying:

“A fair mate I seek in this hour,
Spirits aid, give this charm power,
Bring one I seek to my door,
Make them hear and follow this call ! "

When the fire is extinguished, mix the remaining material from the bowl, with some honey and Rose water ( or Rose petals infused tea ) , enough to make a consistency of a gel . You can use brown sugar as well. Now go to some crossroad, and pour some of the liquid in the centre of it. Then turn around, and return using the same road, sprinkling some of the liquid on that path as You go, and finishing at Your doorstep . Make sure You have enough of the mixture, meaning be economical, You can splash tad bit every nine steps for example, a very small amount, very few drops will be enough. The wax remaining from the candles You can bury in Your own yard, or in flower pot You keep in house. "
