jw, ok i get the part where the moon is very important but does everything have to be done at niqht! and if so, a certain time? can spells be just as effective during mornings or afternoons?

Yes, spell casting may be done during the day. Of course there is the issue of waxing, full or waning moon phase depending on your spell, doesn't matter if it's daylight out. The planetary hour (time of day), and day of week matters.
