SoM voice chat

It is my opinion that som should have a voice chat server such as ventrilo. It is a nice tool for discussion and can have different areas like the chatter. Opinions should go here.

I am well aware of the potential for harrassment. I was in the channel for the making of a few of those. It is just as easy to moderate as the chatter though. Moderators can be set and can ip ban if necessary. Moderators can also move people to and from different channels. It is my opinion that the good outweighs the bad,
