form of time travel

ok from what ive ready and discussed here time travel is pretty much not possible. but is there a way to return to a previous point in your life? i hate to say i have a lot of regrets from my past that still affect me years later. I'd do anything to relive some moments and try to make things right

Time travel actually is possible, but that's quantum physics not magic. Pretty mush, to go back to a time in your life, you would have to have already built a tim machine but in that case there would be two of you and you wouldn't relive anything. If you time traveled back in time, you already would have been there so you can't change the past. Don't try. Learn to live with your past and accept it.
