When I am in the subway or any dirty places, my throat chakra hurts. I am not sure if the chakra is letting me know that it is very dirty or contain a lot of negative energy there.
That's probably allergies or sinuses. It could be you just don't handle filth to well. I doubt it would be the Chakra causing you physical pain since the Chakra isn't a physical organ thus is not directly connected to the nerves that would tell you that you are in pain, but if something is wrong with the Chakra I suggest meditation. Visualize the colors of your Chakras and visualize them spinning while clearing themselves of any negativity or blockages.
Perhaps you should see about getting a doctor's opinion on how your throat responds to filth.
I am a energy healer, so I'm kinda sensitive to energy. Whenever I am near the dirty places or people, i feel pressure and when I am away, I feel much better.
That sounds like allergies to me.

does not make you invulnerable.
You have weaknesses just like everyone else
and dirty places may be one of them.
Here's how you can try to remove he negative energy:
1. Channel chi to your hands
2. Move your hands to the infected area
3. You should feel energy going into you hands
4. After the energy stops flowing, take you hands and swing them like you had water on them
Well, I don't actually input positive energy into it, I actually remove the negative energy from my throat. Inputting energy takes a lot of energy, but removing it doesn't take much.
Before I wasn't a healer, I don't have the throat problem, but now I do.
Once you charge your hands with positive chi, move them to the infected area. You should feel the negative energy entering your hands and creating an equilibrium.
I think it's anxiety. Certain people feel certain symptoms of it, tightness, or pain around the throat is one of them. Also, a fear of crowds is a pretty common phobia. Or it could be a fear of dirty places too. Do you tend to be very organized and neat?
