Signs of magic (or not)

So one night I decided to wish (not cast a spell, but just wish with my mouth only) for some sign that the supernatural was real in some way, and I remember spercifically wishing for something that couldn't be interpreted as a coincidence.

Well that night I had a bizare dream about a documentary about a female wieght lifter without arms lifting wieghts (somehow) and that her trainer was supossed to be great, except at the end of the dream it turned out that he didn't excist (or that there was no record of his excistance). It was a bit of a vague dream and I can't remember a lot of it.

The next day, I was having a walk in an area where I usually don't go to, and when I was walking a saw a man with one of his legs missing. I know that might sound like a vague connection but I think its worth mentioning since (and I don't mean any disrespect to amputees) I don't see a lot of them when I walk ( though of course I do see them). Tell me I'm making a deal out of nothing, or tell me I'm on to something, or don't comment at all, I just thought it was a bit strange.

Because you had a prerecognition of an amputee.. you might just be connecting one point with another. You would've still seen that man whether you had the dream or not.

If you were looking for a sign, look deeper into what you saw in your dream. This weight lifter was lifting weights without any arms. This is a symbol within itself. Do you have trouble accepting things you don't personally believe? Maybe a hidden strength, something your good at that you haven't quite discovered? What did you think when you saw this in your dream?

I was more concerned with the trainer who didn't excist (I took that as a sign that I didn't really believe in magic). I wasn't sure what to think of the amputee (I read somewhere that if you dream about an amputee or amputation in of itself then that means your anxious about something, which I was at the time). It could mean a hidden ability but then again I wouldn't know since the ability might still be hidden from me.

Then lets break this down..
Lets roll with the fact that the amputee symbolizes anxiousness. You were anxious about this subject of the supernatural, waiting for an answer, for a sign. And your subconscious(the dreaming) shows you there is something behind the matter. (the trainer being behind the weight lifter) But then comes to show that there is no record of this said trainer existing. Well... in reality, (this might start a debate) but there hasn't been any valid proof the supernatural exist. Get my drift here?

In other words.. you cannot have the supernatural prove itself to you, if you do not fully believe in it.

Who else has an input on this subject?

If your wanting to go with a "spiritual sign" over this matter, then you might want to look at this through a different aspect. An aspect that is more personal to you,

If the amputee represents me, then that means that I'm doing the things that I am crediting the supernatural (lifting the wieghts) but the supernatural (at least to my sub concious) doesn't excist, so its telling me all the pain and anxiety that I think is caused by the supernatual (I don't want to go into detail, lets just say the my slight belief in magic is caused a good amount of anxiety over the years) is actually caused by my self.

Sorry, I meant the amputte represents anxiety, which makes some sence because the anxiety is not really helped by the trainer (the supernatural) but the amputee is doing it herself without any real help
