I have tried yo meditate but it doesn't seem to work..please give me a meditation spell.

There is no spell for meditation. It is an action that requires practice and effort. You may not be able to do it right away. Patience and practice. Those are the two things you need.

Try different positions of meditation.

What have you tried?

What are your expectations?

What are your experiences?
