Some assistance needed

I've recently been trying to achieve astral projection, I listen to binaural waves (theta) because they help me enter trance faster. Everything goes fine until I start to feel the vibrations, at that point I get too nervous or scared and I can't exit my body and the vibrations go away. I think that if I didn't get nervous I would achieve the exit, so if anyone could give me some advice into staying calm, I would be very thankful.

It helps if you try AP after exercise or an activity that uses a lot of energy. After it helps with focus so your mind doesn't wonder and things like jogging cause your body to release endorphins which are your body's hormonal antidepressants and if done outside with sunlight, the sunlight helps the brain process serotonin which helps with anxiety. So your body will be tired and relaxed and mind will be clear.

It helps if you do let you mind wander. Just let you thoughts hopes and dreams just drift away and wander to wherever you wish, just don't try to force a change in location you just have to let it flow.
