Well, most people are going to tell you that you cannot make it rain. It is impossible to mess with the natural order like that. Others will say it is possible, but unethical. You are hurting the planet by messing with the natural oder. There are a very few who claim they can manipulate the weather and they have yet to show evidence of these claims.

The best advice I can give is rather than trying to force something that won't work, learn to work with what you have. If you are needing the rain for a spell, try adjusting the spell to use river water or something more readily available.

Are you the reason it's raining and I lost all the snow?!

Why do you need one? Unless there's a drought you really don't need one. If this type of spell were to work you would effect the planet, not just your little area.

If you don't need the rain in your area, then don't do it. Like Nekoshema said, it wont only affect your area, it will affect the weather patterns a little accross a large area of the globe.

Oldor, you live in England. Why would you want a spell? Just wait five minutes!

I need it to rain here. I'm in a drought and it sucks. We are actually close to no water. Stockton lost their water not to long ago.
