Patron God and Goddess

When I pick my patron god and goddess, do they both have to be from the same pantheon, or can they be from different ones?

That would depend on your religion. They also pick you more or less.

Wiccans sometimes concentrate on a pantheon or may combine from Multple pantheons. Each Wiccan can choose one or more Gods to be theirLord and one or more Goddesses to be theirLady .

As from your question I believe you are Wiccan or a Neo Pagan. So thi si my answer if I am wrong please state your beliefs System so I can furthur help you.

Your lord and lady will reveal themselves to you when you are ready. I to once felt i had to choose. By choice i chose athena but was lucky enough for someone to tell me what i now can pass on. Let them know you want to meet them this can be done through meditation. Think about what you want. Write it on paper, and speak what you have written aloud. At some point they will make themselves known to you. You will know without a doubt. Mine came to me in a dream.
