What's the difference?
By:
I'm new to the idea of Wicca so I googled it and it came up with all sorts of different religions. There were three of them that stuck in my head. Norse Paganism, Vodou and Neo-Druidry. What's the difference between them all?

Wicca is vastly different from what you listed. It would also take awhile to explain each of those practices. I'm regards to Norse paganism- go read some of the threads posted here on the site about it.

as Personified said, it's better to read the forums posts about those, we do have categories in the forums for them. the other option is to read up on them yourself. they're based of ancient religions, while Wicca is also, it's got a lot more new idea's.

to quote Wikipedia, Neo-Druidism 'generally promotes harmony and worship of nature, and respect for all beings, including the environment. Originating in Britain during the 18th century, it was originally a cultural movement, only gaining religious or spiritual connotations in the 19th century.'

Voodoo has a few branches with different beliefs, but basically it's a religion from the Caribbean or Africa that branched into other regions, mixing native religions and Roman Catholic. each one is different to some degree, so research them.

Norse Paganism, like with Druid, it's based off old religions, only from Scandinavia instead of Britain.

as i said research it.
