Can you really transform into a dragon?

No

No magic can't be used to change gender, ethnicity, species, control the elements, etc.

Magic is the natural energy within the world around us. We tap into that energy and send it out to bring about a desired change. However, magic has its limitations and can only do so much. It is part of nature, thus, it works within the laws of nature and the natural world. It can't be used to reach unimaginable odds.

As practitioners of magic, we must first learn to accept and understand its limitations and its basics before we can truly begin practicing or understanding it.
