Close your eyes and meditate for a bit for 5 minutes at least then take a deep breath and let it out through your nose imagine that in that breath all your stress is going out of your body like a waterfall now you are ready to begin. Sit in a comfortable area like a bed or chair etc. somewhere where you feel happy and relaxed. Then close your eyes and imagine that your legs are tree roots and that they are going deep into the ground all the way to bedrock and image your roots so strong that they destroy the rock all together. Really fell your legs going deep into the ground it may not be actually happening if you think hard enough your mind will make you think your legs are actual growing down. Then stop and imagine that nothing can move you no force in the world can then take another deep breath and let it out imagining that all your stress is going away. open your eye s and you will notice you are very relaxed and everything seems peace full.
