My parent

Over here in nigeria magick is done by a few and in secret.my parent hates magick,if they found out that i'm practising magick i would be disowned,or taken to church for serious deliverance.the name WITCH is the worst thing any nigerian would hear.if any one foundout you would be cast aside by everyone.As for me i was almost caught,but i had to pretend by telling them that i was rehearsing,i think i'm lucky.

Is it like that in all Nigeria or is it just your parents who dont like witches? what is the major religion in nigeria?

If our population is 100,then 98 hates magick.the major religion here is christianity and muslims.though christians are the major.

I'm really sorry about that Ibrahimerlin, the Nigerian's must really hate magic. Where I live the most that I think would happen is that I get the bible read to me, yelled at, or taken to church every sunday to hear a sermon, though it varies from region to region, and place to place. I f I had been a witch where my Grandmother is someone probably would have had a priest exorcise me. Everybody is Catholic where she is.

There is not much you can do, except wait untill you grow up than move.

Here In sweden almost all of us are atheists or protestant christians, so you dont get mocked because of your religion. we also have a small group of muslims (immigrants) and a small group of asatru.

There is a rumour of missing children kidnapped by some spellcasters to be used for sacrifices,and there is a believe that the spellcasters are responsible for the death of many people here.it is said that the kidnapped kids are used for money rituals...So you see why nigerians hates magick.
