Stop a runny nose.
This is a potion i use and really helps to unblock my nose.

ingredients:
Lavender
st johns wort
Rosemary
milk
sugar

First boil two table spoons of lavender, one table spoon of rosemary along with half a table spoon of st johns wort.
Let it boil for about ten mins, then add a tea spoon and a half of sugar.

boil for another min or so then drain it all off so you are left with a lime greeny type of liquid, throw away the herbs but keep the liquid, add a small bit of milk then drink.
Once the milk is in it should go i greyish colour.

Only drink in small ammounts and make sure its hot when doing so.
If you want to store it you can do so in a cold place. but this must be done before the milk is added. when you want to drink the stored tea simply warm it up then add milk.

The affects should be noticable after a few mins.

Potion to cure anything
Here's a potion I used to cure my mams back and knees

Ingredeints
. Bowl of water

. Suger

. Salt

Add the suger and salt into the water
And stir (brown suger recommended as its less processed)
Whilst stirring say this spell
Cure my (what you want to cure)

The water may be yellow after srirring
Next ally the potion to where you want to be healed and...
