Help me out

I am knew to this forum i will appreciate any help on determining my element from you guys and also tips on how to develope my psychic abilities(3rd eye)

you cant just determine your element, you have one :D
try to find yourself in properties of one element, like ask yourself are you reliable, does your mood change a lot, are you artistic or good with mechanics. when you get your answers you will probaly already know what element is in you.
to develop psychic abilites.. you want just to open your third eye or want to see the future or something like it?
you will develope it just by practicing and meditation :)
