If you want to buy one, go to Witchvox and look up your state, and scan through the list until you find your city. They have occult shop listings there, I bet there's plenty where you live. Though if you find one that way, call first, sometimes people forget to change their listing if they move or go out of business.
Oh, you can also buy them online at some places as well, 13 Moons and Stormsong are both good stores that I go to if I need anything online, and they have a pretty good variety of wands.

You cant buy a wand make one your own from a stick. Just chop off a stick from a tree, use a knife to make it wand-like, take some thread around the handle and then use decorations to make it more personal. (not sure if thats how u make it but thats atleast what i think )

Hey Lunar Light: No I would not put your wand or staff into salt water but what you could do that I have done is get some mugwort and heat it up then take a cloth and put the cloth into the mugwort water and ring it out until it is just damp then wipe the finished wand or staff off because mugwort is a cleansing herb that will work in a pinch. Then afterward bless and consecrate your new tool for the work that it is intended for and then empower the object with your personal essence and if you want to do so take it and set it somewhere where it can sit in the light of the full moon without being touched by anyone else. After it has been charged overnight, wrap the wand in a cotton cloth and put away for its protection because you want no one touching or handling it other then yourself.
