extend life of a flower?

Hello, i love the trees and flowers energies and i would like to know if anybody knows how to lengthen the life of a freshly plucked flower? Thanks a lot

A esey way is to mix asprin with the watter if your keeping it in a vace

You can put sugar in the water when you put the plant in a jar or some other sort of container.

But why not grow the flower in a pot instead of plucking it from where it was growing?

If you love the trees and flowers, why are you hurting them? Plants grown inside the house are actually wonderful for your health because they naturally filter the air and replenish oxygen.

When someone gives me cut flowers, I give them plenty of sunshine, spring water not tap and a shiny penny in the bottom of the vase. In the cold weather months it's harder to keep them fresh when you heat your home. Try to keep them in a cooler room away from air vents or radiators.

Yes, thank you Rav3n; the flowers and fellow plants could make the energy so much more vibrant if you grow them within the home. Just be careful when collecting soil, for sometimes little critters enjoy staying in it and sometimes you can bring them in your home where they breed and get all over the place! It happened to me before, I brought a pot inside and there were bugs everywhere!
