Help with binaural beats.

I listened binaural beats two full times and two half...

One time I tried them, my brain was awake I could feel anything around me (the noises etc). And my body was falling asleep.. I heard that as you go to lucid dreaming you have toss in your body. So, I had toss I could feel it, because of binaural beats. I tried this thing in the living room and to get there, it needed about ten minutes for me!

The other half and two times, I tried it in my bedroom. I really need help on that. Baca use in my bedroom, both three times I tried never make it! I was hearing it for 40 minutes and one hour and nothing happened and in the living room I was hearing it for ten minutes and my body started to toss. But no vibrations. Something happened then, so I should interrupt the beats.

My first question is, how did this happen?? In the living room to get to toss in ten minutes and in my normal bedroom nothing happened in one hour of binaural beats??? And every time, I was laying!

My second question actually is, how can I not to fall asleep. Because I heard that when you hear binaural beats, you mustn't sleep. And last night, I fell asleep actually. But then I heard them again for fifth time and nothing happened. And today this morning when I woke up I was feeling really dizzy, but for a little.

I don't know why, but it seeks the place has huge importance for me. I don't know how this can happen actually. And how can I not fall asleep?? With practice I think. But the place..really weird.

Tank all for reading this and sorry if it was a long post. I hope you reply!

Hello!
I've been practicing/experimenting with BB for almost three years now and this is my experience:
-BB are not like drugs/chemicals that react with your body (ie when you have a bad trip you can't come off at your will) SO, in order to achieve the effect you have to concentrate and focus. They're like a meditation support. When you are really trained you can get the same effect (like astral projection) without any aid.

-You brain and state of mind is more important than the beats. If you can't focus properly or are thinking about other things don't waste your time. It won't work. You have to be in the mood (choose the right setting and mindset).

-Meditate and relax, don't just lie there thinking how bored you are and when this thing is going to work.

-Falling asleep is kinda bad, it can make you have bad dreams.

-BB work better if you are slightly tired, but if you usually go to bed at midnight (for example), don't start your session at that time. If you are a beginner you usually can concentrate for about 30 minutes or less, so go to bed half an hour earlier. If you are getting really really sleepy try to stop the session, you can do it another time.

-Practice makes perfect. Making mistakes is part of the process.

So, that's what works for me, but everyone's mind is different and maybe you have to work your own way.

Another thing: which BB do you use? That can make a huge impact too.

Well, I think that's all, if you have any other questions i'll gladly reply to it.

Hope you have good time!

Thank you very much for answering!!

Well I know these things. And I didn't see a nightmare.
And when I tried it at that place I was like sleep for two seconds and immediately after wake up. Probably that was my mind trying to focus there.

Oh and can you say me which binaural beats do you use?? Because I closed some random for youtube...

I usually use Idoser's even if they're quite expensive and are mislabelled. If you'd like to get good opium-like effect try first 20 minutes of Masochist (it's even better than their opium/heroin doses).

If you would like a free alternative use SbaGen

I'm sorry I don't understand what you're trying to say, try to be a little more clear.

Yes you need to use headphones.

An alternative to BB are isochronic tones
You can listen for free without dowlnoad
Listen on this page http://mynoise.net/NoiseMachines/isochronicBrainwaveGenerator.php
