lucid dreaming

I wake up as soon as i realise im dreaming and i try talking to the people in my dream and they respond with relitve info. Any one got any ideas?

Try to observe for a while instead of doing things. Take it slow, imagine a few basic things like growin clovers or the sun hiding behind clouds. Hope I helped :)

I always wake up too! technically, I actually wake up into another dream every time I realize I am asleep.

Lucid dreaming for me is not like that most of the time i cant wake up but i still know i am dreaming i can change things in the dream but when i try to wake up my eyes will open for a sec then its like i get sucked back into the dream someone else or something else always has to wake me up even thou i am Lucid dreaming but when i do finally wake up i remeber the dream and some times if i want i can go back into the dream again
