As for book of shadows, scrying, spell casting and dreamworking there more topics you will find in books on witchcraft and magick. You should be able to search youtube channels for info on them though. The channel CharmingPixieFlora is a good one with lots of info on wicca from her point of view.

For good beginner sites check out www.witchcrafted.org and www.witchschool.com as they are my two favorites. The last one has free online classed. Sign up for the year and a day course and it will teach you a lot.
