Hi my name is Loran I have been a Wiccan for about 4 years but I do not practice or know as much as I would like to. I go to a military college which limits what I can and can't do (meaning no candles, incense, big rituals are allowed). I want to get into practicing more, but I am unsure of how to do so because of the restrictions I have. Also my mom does not approve of the magic portion. I feel like if I get into the religion more it could help me with my OCD and stress levels. This school has constant high stress levels and I feel like if I practiced more it would help me control this and overall make me feel better. Any advice that you guys could offer would be much appreciated.

Blessed Be

Is there anything that you wholeheartedly believe in that helps with stress management I have heard of worry stones but I was not sure if they do much. What are your suggestions?

If you believe in it, it will help. You can also do a simple spell to relieve stress. Gook luck.

I find meditating helps my stress. When stress gets so bad as to cause headaches I lay down with a cool wash cloth over my forehead and eyes and take a nap. :-)
