I'm guessing...

All of the spells that lets you travel to the past, to the future, giving you the ability of Pyrokinesis without practicing it, stopping time, the glamour spells, diet spells, invisibility spells, levitating spells, and a bunch of others a fake.
Also, anything with a Charmed reference I'm guessing is also fake? Such as by ''The Power of Three'' or ''Through time and space'' is fake also?

As Autumn so clearly explained, these spells are indeed fake.

However I would like to add that a spell can be real and still associated with a form of entertainment such as Charmed, as long as the spell follows the laws of physics and is reasonable. For instance, Charmed in particular was heavily focused on the principle of "3" and the number 3 holds a fair amount of significance in the magical community.

For example, the Rule of 3 (Also known as the threefold law), a belief which states that any energy sent out by the practicer will return to them 3 times. Meaning, if you are to send out "positive energy" it will return to you 3 times, and vice versa. (As a note, not everyone follows this belief)

The number 3 can also refer to magical/religious symbols such as:

  • The Triple Goddess
  • The Maiden, Mother, and Crone
  • The Mind, Body, and Spirit
  • The Father, Sun, and Holy Spirit
  • And the list goes on...
So, what I'm attempting to get at is to not judge a spell simply because it is related to a TV show or form of entertainment, but more so because of how it's written and what it claims to achieve. Denouncing every spell that had a reference "to the power of 3" might stop you from looking at a lot of potentially useful spells.

The only thing that bothers me about this website is the fact that most spells on this website that are IMPOSSIBLE have a five-star rating... Because that's just right....

I don't care about the Charmed references because it is my favorite show and I watch it every day on TV and Netflix..
Just the fact about the ratings of fake spells..

Those spells are literally fake. All spells are fake if you don't have enough effort, patience and belief. You should also master the chakras before casting spells. As sinix said, if we send positive energy in the spell, it will come to you resulting 3 times. Mainly,Wiccans follow this rule.
If you want to know how to start, there is a guide for you in my profile which will help you. Hope this helps!---Rinx

The fact that many fake (commonly referred to on this site as Fluffy) spells are ranked 3, 4, and 5 stars does irritate a fair amount of people, but the reasoning behind this is that anyone can rank spells, and unfortunately many people who do not understand magick will rank fluffy spells highly. The best we can do is to rank a spell as 1 star if we see it, and report it as spam if needed. Besides that, try to not let it bother you.

Additionally, you could always create your own spells, which would eliminate the need to look through the spell book on this site. Spells created by yourself are also considered to be more powerful and successful, as they are specially tailored to your needs and are enhanced by your unique energies.

As for what Kobrinx stated:

"All spells are fake if you don't have enough effort, patience and belief. You should also master the chakras before casting spells."

I would not agree that "all spells are fake" just because one lacks the appropriate amount of effort, patience, and belief. However, lacking these 3 qualities can lead a "real" spell to fail. Spell casting requires a fair amount of effort & patience, both in the magical and mundane sense. Having faith in the spell, is also believed to enhance its success.

I would also not agree that one needs to "master the chakras" in order to cast spells. The belief in Chakras is entirely separate from spell casting, and is not needed to cast spells. If one chooses to embark on chakra work then I would applaud their efforts, however chakra work is not a necessity for spell casting. It can however, better prepare you for spell work.
